About this condition
Outer ear canal infection, also called 'swimmer's ear', is common in humid Indian climate. Water exposure, cotton bud use and scratching damage the ear canal allowing bacterial or fungal infection. Causes significant pain and discharge, treated with antibiotic ear drops.
