About this condition

Protanomaly is a mild form of red-green color blindness where a person has reduced sensitivity to red light. People with this condition can see colors but may confuse red with green or brown, especially in dim lighting. It is an inherited condition present from birth and does not worsen over time or cause other vision problems.
