About this condition
Urban rabies is a deadly viral infection transmitted primarily through bites from infected dogs in city areas. The virus attacks the nervous system and brain, causing severe symptoms like fear of water, aggression, and paralysis. Once symptoms appear, rabies is almost always fatal, making immediate post-bite vaccination absolutely critical for survival.
